When the official song of the 2010 FIFA World Cup was announced to be Waka Waka co-written and performed by Shakira, I immediately thought of Jim Henson’s lovable comic bear. And then I read that the catchy chorus was borrowed from the popular song Zangaléwa by a band comprised of ex-Cameroonian military.
